1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 can (7.6 fluid ounces) Nestlé® Media Crema
1 cup lowfat 2% milk
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 large onion, quartered and sliced (about 2 cups)
2 pounds red potatoes, cut into 1/8-inch slices

Alternately stack potato and onion slices in 9-inch-square baking dish.
