1/2 cup water
Maple syrup
1 1/2 cups pancake & baking mix
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Sliced bananas
1 large egg
Sliced almonds
1/4 cup COFFEE-MATE® natural bliss® Maple All-Natural Almond Milk Coffee Creamer
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

PREHEAT electric griddle to 325° F or heat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spray with nonstick cooking spray or brush with oil.

COMBINE baking mix, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Whisk together water, Coffee-mate natural bliss Almond Milk Creamer, egg and vegetable oil in a medium bowl. Add liquid mixture to dry mixture; whisk just until moistened. Some lumps may remain.

SPOON 2 tablespoons batter onto griddle for each pancake. Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until a few bubbles appear. Turn and cook for additional 30 to 60 seconds or until golden brown.

SERVE warm with bananas, almonds and maple syrup.
