½ cup fresh lime juice

Place ice, lime juice, rum, Coffee-mate natural bliss Coconut Milk Creamer and 3 tablespoons prepared mint simple syrup in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Rub lime wedges around rims of 4 glasses; dip rims in coarse sugar. Pour mojito carefully and evenly into glasses. Sweeten to taste with additional mint simple syrup, if desired. Garnish with additional fresh mint leaves, if desired.
