10 black peppercorns
1 piece (2 inches) fresh ginger, unpeeled and sliced
2 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
12 green cardamon pods
2 ½ cups unsweetened coconut milk, oat milk or milk of choice
Raw honey, coconut sugar or sweetener of choice
5 tablespoons Coffee-mate® natural bliss® Sweet Cream Flavor All-Natural Coffee Creamer

Step 1
Place cinnamon sticks, peppercorns and cloves in medium saucepan; smash with a wooden spoon to crush. Add water and ginger; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; cook for 15 minutes.

Remove from heat. Add tea bags and cardamom; steep for 2 minutes. Stir in coconut milk and Coffee-mate natural bliss Creamer.

Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until boiling. Remove from heat; cool for a few minutes.

Remove tea bags. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into mugs. Discard spices. Sweeten as desired. Dust with ground cinnamon, if desired.
