1 tablespoon canned adobo sauce
2 tablespoons Coffee-Mate® Original Low Fat Liquid Coffee Creamer
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
¼ cup pepitas, toasted, plus more for garnish
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, divided
2 small cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
3 ripe Hass avocados

Step 1
Cut 1 avocado in half; remove pit and scoop flesh into a medium bowl. Add onion, garlic, 2 tablespoons cilantro and salt; mash with a fork or potato masher until almost smooth.

Step 2
Cut remaining 2 avocados in half and remove pits. Score the flesh in a crosshatch pattern with a knife and scoop out flesh and add to bowl. Add remaining 2 tablespoons cilantro, pepitas, lime juice, Coffee-mate Original Low Fat Liquid, adobo sauce and coffee granules. Stir with a fork, gently mashing until combined but still chunky. Garnish with additional pepitas, if desired. Serve with chips.
